Tropicana 218 Macalister Studio with Seaview

Pros: Great location, easy to visit Georgetown, Penang Hill and Monkey Beach. Mesmerising few of Georgetown and across to Butterworth. So many extras like a water filter, free parking, hairdryer, laundry facilities. Handy grocery store and bakery located in the adjoining building.

Cons: A little more attention to detail with cleaning and decor. Fan in lounge was very dusty which then blew around when the fan was in use. Extractor fan and shower head in bathroom also dusty. No hot water at kitchen or bathroom sink and from monsoon shower head. Only hot water was from the shower head attached to the electric shower. Some minor decor issues where an a/c unit has been replaced.

Just like home, only with a stunning view from the window

Pros: It was a great decision to stay in these apartments. Very easy check-in, the hostess was always in touch and kindly helped in all matters, incredible view from the window, cleanliness, very cozy apartments, I felt at home. There is a bus stop nearby, and within walking distance there are restaurants, shops, pharmacies and night markets. I would recommend these apartments to everyone!

Apartment mit tollem Blick

Pros: Das Apartment war sehr schön. Allein der Blick aus den Fenstern war am Tag wie auch in der Nacht sensationell. Die Küche war in Ordnung. 1-2 Messer wären gut gewesen (es gab nur ein kleines und ein grosses Schneidemesser). Für die Waschmaschine stand sogar Waschmittel zur Verfügung. Gut war der Automat für kaltes und heisses Trinkwasser. Von dem Infinitypool hatte man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Der Selbst-Check-in hat auch funktioniert.

Cons: Der verstopfte Abfluss des Waschbeckens im Bad muss dringend gereinigt werden. Trotz der Höhe des Apartments war es nachts bis nach Mitternacht sehr laut, da leider die Musik/Karaoke vom Foodcourt auf der Strasse unten schräg gegenüber sehr laut nach oben hallte (aber dafür kann der Eigentümer des Apartment nichts).

Pros: Was wat verrassend als je niet hebt doorgelezen en je moet naar de 31ste etage. Prachtig en schitterend uitzicht. Zwembad op de 11de etage, lekker. Prima geregeld, mooie studio met juiste inrichting. Alles is aanwezig. Ligging is prima,maar ik zou de uitjes goed plannen. Neem een grab ernaartoe en kom lopend terug. Prima verblijf gehad.

Cons: Het appartement is schoon en op orde, maar begint wel wat scheurtjes te vertonen. Maak eens een keer goed schoon. Zie binnenkant badkamerdeur, luchtafvoerroosters, stof op de ventilatoren en achter de tv. Zorgen voor goede afstandbediening en werkende tv. Zorg voor goede handdoeken.

Pros: L'appartement est bien situé, au calme. Tout à proximité. Le bus CAT gratuit pour se déplacer en centre ville.

Cons: Pas d'accueil physique de la propriétaire, même si les explications pour l'entrée dans l'immeuble et dans l'appartement sont très simples 😉Manque le petit en cas petit déjeuner pour le jour d'arrivée. Petite gouttière de la climatisation sur la table (ne rien laisser dessus)

Good location & value for money

Pros: Very centralized. Very closed to all the attractions that we have planned to visit. Provide all the basic facilities. We love the height of the apartment.

Cons: There are so many ants even we do not placed any food waste in the dustbin. There ants on the table, kitchen sink, kitchen table & the toilet area. We eat take away food & threw them at the biggest dustbin area after we finished our food. We did not use the dustbin the room at all.
