Nice place
Pros: Nice place at Batu, in a secure complex. Pool from 9-19. 2 beedroms with futon. Nice kitchen and living room. Air con in the bedroom. Washing machine and iron 5 min walk there is a Big supermarket, has everything. Problem, no crossroads so you have to Risk It a little bit. But night market everyday on the way.
Cons: The public beach nearby , you can not use it, IS only for paying wáter sports, you have to walk 20 min to arrive to the beach. Too far away from points like penang hill, the temple or even Georgetown ( 40-50 min in grab) there are kues and retentions all the time ( if you planning to sightseen maybe Georgetown IS more conveniente) , but if you are planning to stay and relax Batu IS nice.

Great any issues sorted
Pros: We had a problem with the shower the first day it was constantly leaking out in the en suite, we called the agent and the issue was fixed immediately, fantastic area, children loved the pool, the fridge/freezer stopped working and they were replacing it straight away, we saw monkeys by the pool and on the court which the children loved, only thing I can suggest is maybe put child proof locks on all windows my two toddlers could open them easily so I was uncomfortable with that all the time, everything else was brilliant and we had a great stay and will stay again, thank you At check in you need to WhatsApp them to get room number but unfortunately we had no WiFi/data yet so couldn't but luckily my brother in law who lives in the country was able to help so maybe could change this too

Cons: katil agak keras dan berbunyi klu bergerak2, kurang tempat gantung baju, mungkin boleh ditambah lagi. siling atas berbunyi mcm berjln2, mungkin ada aktiviti pada tengah mlm. parking agak mahal kalau kita keluar masuk dgn kerap.

Comfort, clean space, and stunning views made it memorable — only tiny upgrades needed.
Pros: Everything inside the room was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home. Even with small improvements like the slow toilet bowl water, the pipe not having a holder, the TV not supporting YouTube for the kids, the internet could be stronger, and one extra door lock for privacy — these are minor things compared to how wonderful the overall experience was. Honestly, everything else was perfect — the comfort, the cleanliness, the facilities, and the amazing view. Truly worth every cent! Surely will come again and again for this room.
Cons: We really enjoyed our stay — very comfortable, neat, and clean. Perfect for my parents, and the morning balcony view was amazing. Everything inside was great. Small things to improve: toilet bowl water was slow, the pipe had no holder, the TV CONTROL NOT WORKING PROPERLY .— everything else was fantastic. Definitely coming back again and again!

I'd love this apartment too much. ..
Pros: I like all the things inside the apartment. Especially the kitchen, which has a lot of things like pan frying and pan for make sup, glass, plate, bowl, and something else. There's a microwave and toaster you can use. All bedroom have good smell, so fresh. Have a big living room with a smart tv and big soft sofa Even the iron is there. Washing machine and hanger available for use. I like everything 😍😍
Cons: This does not mean I'm not like, Just like a suggestion, maybe better owner makes a sign for Qibla direction inside the bedroom. Easy for guests to pray, without opening the phone
