Pros: The apartment was spacious and very comfortable for our stay - slept like a baby on all nights. Check-in & check-out process was also easy. It’s just walking distance to the beach and ferringgi night market area. Lots of food option in walking distance as well. This can be one of the affordable options you can get in what I would say still a best spot to get in touch with beach & food options in Ferringghi. We also got to see the dusky leaf monkeys from our apartment on one of the noons we had to stay in after a heavy rain! That was my best memory here!

Cons: Everything was great but the location is a bit far from the town which makes it a little hard to get to your favourite nasi kandar places in towh.
