Pros: Comfort. Got private bathroom for every room. It's a 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms unit.

Cons: Don't have washing machine. Need to to buy token at the guard house. Means that extra payment to be make for laundry. The laundry area is located at level 7. Our unit is at level 17.We need to go up and down many times .

Pros: The house is spacious with 3 rooms, clean, and comfortable for families. All rooms, hall, and dining area are fitted with air conditoning. The pool, playground, and gym are also very clean and my kids love it there.

Pros: It is enough space to let us to gather, and having a excellent common area in middle of apartment. There is having a water dispenser at Level 7🤭

Cons: The way to go out the apartment is far a bit, but it is no a problem with driving or grab. We take around 5 to 10 minutes to reach the gate of apartment by walking
