Big Apartment near the bridge

Pros: Location near Sultan Halim bridge. Big pool. Spacious room. Washing machine and water dispenser. No Deposit is required. Parking claim is reimbursed promptly and easy to deal.

Cons: Parking has to pay, initially it is very confusing about the parking claim. Parking lot is very very far from apartment. Not a muslim-friendly apartment as there is no prayer mat and no Qiblat direction. The utensils are not separated for Muslim use. There is a broken drawer, it needs to be fixed before new client check-in. Light in the toilet for the master bedroom is out. Why cabinets were locked? There were not enough hangers to hang cloth. No tables were provided even there are enough space for it.

Comfortable stay but wish I could request for more than one key

Pros: Although there is not much around the condo but as I needed to work from SPICE, it is a convenient distance to us. It is a short drive to SPICE Arena where shows and concerts are held. Like the seaview overseeing Penang Bridge, overall, it's a comfortable stay away from the hustle bustle of Penang island.

Cons: There's only one set of key given. We had 7 of us in one 3-bedroom unit and it's really inconvenient for us to plan the key's caretaker as we needed to be in & out at different hours throughout out business trip.

Comfortable stay for Balik Pulau durian trip

Pros: View of Penang 2nd bridge, spacious, clean and confortable stay. Extra beds in one of the rooms that can sleep 4 people very convenient if you travel with big family. But this make the room cramp a bit. However this is compensate with extra space in the other 2 rooms. Got netflix so u can njoy the movies. Strong wifi signal. Have water dispenser for hot and room temp water. U can enjoy coffee and seating at balcony while watching the bridge and sea. Very relaxing. Will come again for our next trip to Penang.

Cons: Lobby was a bit difficul to find for a first timer here. Even with the video guide from owner. Also the third room not suitable for those who like to sleep in the dark since corridor light enter the room. No mirror in 2 rooms so need to go to master or bathroom.

Beautiful sea view apartment

Pros: Amazing sea view from all rooms, beautiful and spacious clean apartment, recommend for a short stay.

Cons: We stayed for 5 nights, no cleaning services, after asking they told us they will do with extra charges. No toilet tissues provided except the rolls already available when we checked in. No bedsheets change during our 5 days stay. No restaurants nearby but we managed to order through Grab.

Een heerlijke plek naast de airport om George Town te verkennen.

Pros: Wauw wat een prachtig uitzicht vanaf dit nog nieuwe appartement complex. Is gelegen op een rustige plek en hebben vanaf daar George town bezocht. Na de drukte in George Town was het heerlijk thuis komen in dit verblijf. Is zeer ruim en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook voor grote gezinnen perfect! Host was via de app goed bereikbaar en reageert direct op al onze vragen. Geeft duidelijke informatie en instructies. Is vlakbij de airport maar totaal geen last van geluidsoverlast.

Cons: Niks op aan te merken. Alles was goed.
