Pros: Clean, as expected. Access is easy with complimentary car parking. Pool area also clean. Hot/cold water filter provided. Contact staff response efficient and check in easy. Refund of deposit is speedy, once determined no breakages/damage in property.

Cons: Very minimalistic in apartments we rented. 2 bath towels provided. Not acceptable that no soap or hand wash liquid and hand towel provided in toilet and bathrooms, which should be a basic hygiene requirements. No power point in bathroom, so unable to dry hair or shave. One single towel rail, no hooks so have to air bath towels over chair backs in lounge. In the 2 units we rented, kitchen utensils were very limited - only 2 mugs,spoons,forks, bowls,plates, 1pot and a knife set. But no teaspoons or drinking glasses at all. Even if there are only 2 guests, it’s very inconvenient if you bring food/fruits/snacks.

Pros: Room was very clean, hotel style. Convenient location, near to Queensbay Mall, masjid walkable across the street.

Cons: The parking was at Level 7, very annoying, everyday driving up and down was really turning down.

Pros: Nice view, clean, well equipped, good staff support and good location

Cons: Only have mirrors in bathroom. Good if have additional mirrors outside bathroom. Please add more clothes hangers. Car park access can be challenging if you are driving big cars. After circular ramp, when reaching the first level, suddenly you will come across a pillar on the left that has been built a little too out into the drive path😅. Just need to navigate carefully.

Pros: I can watch the airplane pass through everyday from my rooms. I really love the views

Great Stay with Stunning Rooftop Pool View

Pros: We had a very pleasant 3D2N stay at Iconic Regency. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of facilities. It is very kids friendly and the location is strategic, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. My favourite part was the infinity pool at the rooftop. The view was stunning, where we could clearly see Bayan Lepas airport and both Penang bridges. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Cons: The only area I feel could be improved is the indoor kids’ playground, as many of the toys were broken and the area was a bit messy.

Apartment with a nice viewing, new furniture, kids' play areas, and mony value.

Pros: The apartment location, veiwing , cleaningness, and the facilities are amazing. The kids' play area is nice. The furniture, it looks like a new one. The drinking water is directly from a modern dispenser with a water filtering system. The money value is recognised.
