Cons: Soundproofing is insufficient. Noise from above and below units is clearly audible, and wind noise can be heard through the windows due to poor insulation or sealing.

Pros: I love everything about the house, the location is strategic, the carpark lot is in front of the lift and lift is near to unit. The house is clean and so comfortable for family stay. My family enjoyed the stay. The shower heater works well.
