Pros: Very simple instructions I understood easily. The owner provided all the images and location details. I had a good night. Btw, I broke 1 glass, oops. Sorry owner, I wanted to pay for it, but he let me go. What a nice guy. Thank you very much.

Overall a great stay.

Pros: All is good, we especially like that all rooms are attached with bathrooms. And we loved the cats decor 😻 The PIC responded quickly to our requests.

Cons: It could do with more seatings. Maybe a set of chairs & small table on the balcony & another two seater sofa or bench in the living room.

Cosy stay at Emerald

Pros: The apartment is cosy and equipped with kitchen utensils, and pot. The host gave me an assurance of refund in the event natural disaster strike eg landslide that prevented us from our trip to Cameron.

Cons: The kitchen utensils were oily and we had to washed it with hot water.

Clean, comfortable and strategically located unit

Pros: Comfortable and clean unit at a strategic location. Good attentive host which provided us with a baby chair as per our request.

Cons: The soundproof of the building is not very good. Could hear some noisy neighbors. The unit is nice and well maintained but the building is a bit old.

Perfect stay

Pros: Beautiful interior and clean interior with full of creative design. Beautiful view from balcony and the house is complete. We love it so much.

Cons: Maybe can change new bedsheets for all rooms. During our check in, the bedsheets look dirty. Black marks all over the bedsheets. But I love the house.

Pros: Very clean apartment.. dust-free Provided 8 clean towels Beddings comfortable & clean. Kitchen is clean. Owner personally came & assisted us with the tv as we were not familiar with it.

Cons: Only 1 pillow per person.. it's best to hav 2 per person. No teapot & no tea/coffee sachets

Pros: Pemandangan cantik menghadap bandar Brinchang, bersih dan selesa, lantai x sejuk..kasut disediakan..jalan kaki ja nk ke centrum dan bilion, sekarang pasar malam centrum pun dah buka..apapun best..nak check in pun senang, kunci kat tepi parking..terbaik 👍👍

Cons: Kalau boleh letakkan kerusi dan meja kat beranda lg best untuk layan kopi malam 🤭🤭
