Pros: suasana, keselesaan & kemudahan.. boleh review pasar malam dari balkoni je.. turun apartment terus ke pasar. tak perlu cari parking.

Cons: mandi lambat tak dapat air panas.😂 huhuhu.. tp masa tu memang time tu hujan dan sejuk gila. 🥶

Pros: Beautiful location, cool area.. the house is very comfortable and very neat and clean.. overall I'm satisfied with the house .

Cons: There is a Steamboat & Grill restaurant below, and the smell enters the units from around 5 PM to 11 PM. Parking is also very limited, especially once the restaurant start operation and there is also a night market nearby. Residents really need to be extra careful and plan their movements. Unfortunately, I had my car clamped because of a parking rule I was not aware of. I was charged RM150 to release it. I honestly did not know that parking in that area was not allowed in such manner. I understand there are no excuses and I had to accept it, but I feel very frustrated because the parking issue is extremely limited due to outsiders coming for the night market and the steamboat restaurant. Please look into this matter and assist us as tenant as this has caused a lot of inconvenience.
