The Haven Retreat B7-2-1 ( Silverpark)

Very well-maintained and spacious place, perfect for holidays with friends/couple staycation

Pros: Very secluded area, facilities were excellent, plenty of chairs and tables available fro use, kitchenette very well-equipped. Even includes toaster, microwave, oven and induction stove. Very spacious place, plenty of room for large groups

Cons: Only 2 minor complaints, 1. it would be nice if 3-in-1 tea/coffee packets were also provided for breakfast. There is a kettle provided for boiling water 2. I think a insect spray / pesticide is very important, as we encountered very large bugs on the balconey due to the rainy season.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Front of jungle,house is clean.full kitchen equipment..plates cup saucer all look good and new...suitable to do bbq...we enjoyed our stay...planned to book again in future ,i've been to fraser hill 7 or 8 time...this visit i got a very very good apartment

Cons: Only the single matress in masterbedroom need to change...can feel the spring and noisy during sleeping...makes me sleep at down part of bed

A cosy retreat for all

Pros: The view is the exact forest view from the balcony. It is so alluring you can't resist sitting out just chilling .......exactly what we did. The host has put in a lot of thought in furnishing especially the kitchen. It was a great plus point for us to cook our meals there. Host has thoughtfully done insect netting through out the house, kept the insects at bay as long as you remember to use them. This unit has been all tiled up as well so no damp, musky smell👍 The unit was on 2nd floor so you don't have long to climb We will recommend this unit anytime and we will surely be back here coz Fraser's hill is our 2nd home and staying here proved it even more!!!

Cons: My husband already had a back issue, the low slung sofa was too low for him. Internet reception throughout is poor here, so in a way it was good to chill without the mobile in hand. Limited programs on TV Kitchen view is lower than road level but somehow there were ample sunlight streaming in🌄

Nice place for getaway!

Pros: Enough tables and chairs. Good kitchen facilities. Big balcony and the balcony door has netting, can enjoy the fresh air comfortably even in indoor without fearing the bugs will fly in. Suitable for family with kids. We're lucky enough to see Siamang during our 3D2N stay! Also, we are thankful to the host for allowing us to check-in early.

Cons: - Sofa is very uncomfortable. It sinks deep when sitting. - The single bed in the master bedroom is uncomfortable, can feel the spring. - The fridge has a water leakage problem since check-in (forgotten to inform the host after the stay)

Pros: We collect keys at guard house when arrive and parking just in front apartment very convenient. love the apartment very well maintain or look new.

Cons: internet and wifi line not good
