However, the listing said 4 bedrooms, but it was actually 3 bedrooms and 1 living room with 5 beds. Also, the kitchen had very limited items—no stove, only a few cups, and no plates. Suitable for a short stay, but needs better accuracy and amenities for large groups.

Suitable for not fussy people

Pros: Decent house for normal stay. Reasonable place suitable as the price. Economic for group with not big budget.

Cons: Interior finishing in living room should be improve a lot. No mirror except in the washroom.

Pros: The apartment is among the cheapest i can get for 4person. And there are airconds everywhere =p Easy to checkin & checkout. There is a lot of stall around the apartment during the day.

Cons: Mobile coverage quite slow. Wifi provided sometimes lost signal. Maybe due to high floor. But it is value for money.

Pros: Everything is in good condition.. easy to access the location.. All the rooms are nice and comfortable. Value for money.. will comeback later

Cons: Ruang tamu sebelah tingkap masuk air bila hujan lebat (please fix it if possible). Kalau ada microwave dan dapur gas memang terbaik.
