Cons: Tujuan sy ke penang adalah berobat ke Loh guan lye. Di aplikasi tertera apartemen ini berjarak 6,1 km dr loh guan lye. Ternyata jauh, harus menyeberang pulau pinang. Awalnya transportasi mahal krn naik Grab. Stlh tau bisa naik feri dan rapid bus.. Bisa memangkas biaya transportasi
