Perfect stay

Pros: Clean and tidy. Quiet area. All instructions for check-in were given clearly. Thank you for the comfortable stay.

Cons: The house is perfect but it would be better if it provided tea and coffee.

Pros: 1) Host and Service The host was responsive and very helpful. Although he sounded quite busy, he still provided prompt service and clear, helpful answers whenever I called. 2) Property - The property looks exactly like the photos. It’s comfortable and perfect for family or friends. - Balcony: Loved the balcony – it had two comfy chairs and a lovely table. - Sofa: Suitable for three people, but we used the dining chairs instead, which were great for six. - TV: Comes with Netflix and is easy to use. - Kithcen - good and sufficient for short stay. They have glasses but for coffee best to provide mugs. - Parking: Convenient and well-lit, with very clear instructions on how to access it.

Cons: Minor Areas for Improvement The water heaters in both bathrooms were a bit unstable and needed to be reset. Not sure if instructions were provided by the host, but during cold weather, it’s important to have stable hot water. Luckily, a quick reset fixed the issue and everything worked fine afterward.

Great and lovely stay!

Pros: The unit was clean and very nice. View was not great but still okay. The host was nice, responsive and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Cons: One of the swimming pools appears to be quite dirty so ended up not wanting to swim. A lot of construction was going on around the vicinity but it wasn’t noisy. Other than this, everything else was good.

Pros: Interior design is nice as per the pictures provided. Location is quiet and high up in the highland, the ambience is great, and cooler as well

Cons: I think quite few comments about the floor mat provided does not absorb water (hence made the floor wet & not comfy), and one of the water heater in the bathroom (sharing) sometime not functioning. Hope the host take these comments seriously and provide better service that worth the penny. Thank you!!

Pros: I recently stayed at Serene Mossy Family Cottage located in Palas Horizon and had a fantastic experience. The owner was welcoming and efficient during check-in, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had all the amenities I needed, plus a great view of mountains. The location was perfect, close to a lot of attraction place, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, the service, comfort, and convenience made my stay enjoyable. Quiet and comfy stay in CH

Pros: Clean and not as cold due to mountain at the back reducing cold wind blasts. Pretty complete and hosts easy to communicate with.

Cons: Unit a bit smaller than others in the area. Location wise hardly any shops or food options around and not convenient without your own transport.

Good location for people who self drive; comfortable apartment suitable for group of friends or family vacation.

Pros: Location is quiet and high up in the highland, the ambience is great, and cooler as well.

Cons: The shower heater for both bathrooms will turn off intermittently in the middle of shower, the shower head holder is also not working well. Otherwise the overall facilities are good and comfortable.
