Pros: Had an amazing stay here! The house was comfy, everything was clean. Especially appreciated the owner, Mdm Lacy for guiding us through everything from check in to check out. Even provided us with food options nearby!
Cons: The parking is not an easy one for big cars like Alphard. If you’re planning to drive a big car, then it’s better to walk to most places! (Though the hill is steep and you’ll find yourself out of breath if you’re not used to it 😔)

Everything was perfect, the apartment was spotless and welcoming — a real home away from home.
Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, with a beautiful view to enjoy. Madam Nancy was such a kind and helpful host, always responsive and easy to communicate with. I truly felt at home and would be happy to stay here again.
Cons: Nothing, everything is excellent.

A short outing with family in a cool weather. Not too crowded which is a big plus.
Pros: Place is very clean with all necessary steamboat pot, rice cooker, electric cooker & complete kitchenware. Madam Lacy is an excellent host with very fast respond & recommended us a few restaurant & places of interest. I will give her 10/10.
Cons: Nothing on her side except that ppl upstair are very noisy with hammering, children jumping up & down & moving furniture. Madam Lacy says that she will inform the apartment management on this issue.

A very relaxing holiday
Pros: Ms Yap is very responsive and proactive, I was given meet-up instructions way b4 arrival. She is very helpful with replying my questions n giving us local recommendations with regards to food n oth places of interest.
Cons: None, do take note there is quite a steep slope if you are walking to the unit, however we were not affected as we just drove everywhere and there is a free car park provided.

Memorable, exciting and most importantly, enjoyable
Pros: Madam Lacy herself waited on us for check-in us in and then assisted us to the unit. She was very enthusiastic to provide as much assistance as she possibly can to make our visit to Cameron Highlands as exciting as possible. The apartment was very clean, very tidy and had all the necessities. Location wise, it is quite close to most of everything, if you are driving that is. Not sure how easy it is to get grab service around Cameron - I assume there are services available
Cons: Nothing negatives that I can think of.

Good to stay
Pros: 1. Madam Lacy is really hospitable and friendly. She provided a lot of new attractions where I have not been before. 2. The apartment's deco looks nice and fits for 6 of us. 3. All amenities and necessities in the apartment are equipped. 4. A parking lot is provided 5. Near to many attractions, eateries and shops 6. The blankets and bed sheets were clean and fragrance. Thank you Madam Lacy! Keep up the good job.
Cons: 1. It is close to the mosque so from 530 am to 7am was a.bit disturbance and I could hear other tourists making noise outside 2. For cleanliness I saw a cockroach and ants. Please make some improvement on cleanliness.

Had a Great Stay
Pros: The apartment location was strategic, we could go everywhere easily. The house was super clean. Madam Lacy was friendly and she suggested places to go.
Cons: Just a little disturbance for about 2 hours sleep from 530am to 730am

Great! A really great place to stay and it’s at the centre (Brinchang).
Pros: The host is really friendly and helpful in terms of dealing for check-in and check-out, she also gave me guides and tips for shopping there including which places to visit. For muslims, there’s masjid in front of the apartment so you can hear azan, and please bring your own praying mat.
Cons: The place is too cold at night. Guests should prepare thick clothes to warm themselves at nights.
