Pros: pretty house, can cook, got extra 1 bed, near to Kedai Runcit, easy access to steamboot and grill places.

Pros: Ruang bilik tidur utama feel macam bilik hotel. Deco yang menarik untuk wallpaper dinding rumah.

Masih ok walaupun ade kekurangan..

Pros: 1) Reka bentuk dalaman nampak simple dan cantik. Boleh nampak usaha owner nak mencantikkan dan memberi keselesaan. 2) Lokasi juga memudahkan untuk mencari pelbagai keperluan seperti kedai runcit, kedai makan dan hiburan. 3) Tingkat 1 beserta kemudahan lift (rumah tepi tangga) 4) Lantai yang tidak sejuk

Cons: 1) Tahap kebersihan kurang memuaskan (lipas pun ada) 2) Toilet ada bau yang kurang menyenangkan (harap boleh letak pewangi) dan kurang bersih 3) Tiada tisu 4) Sofa kotor
