Pros: A very nice apartment in a good location with very responsive hosts.

Comfortable stay for a big group with many things made available for the guests.

Pros: The unit is spacious and comfortable (enough beds, aircond, heater, wifi) for the whole family. The unit is well provided with many things (washing machine, dryer, wifi, plates, glasses) that are useful. The location is great to walk for food nearby and to drive within the Georgetown area.

Cons: The facilities are okay-ish (decent size of swimming pool, waiting time for lift, tricky parking ramp). Suggest to provide kitchen paper, water filter and better towel quality. Allowing some cooking might be useful for guests who prefer cooking while staying there.

Excellent place to stay in Penang for big families.

Pros: Great views from the apartment. Spacious rooms. Nice amenities and laundry with laundry products. Great location!

Cons: Maybe more towels if there are a lot of guests. Some facial tissues if possible.

Pros: Very wonderful stay, the host was very nice, instructions given was clear, apartment was nicely maintained and clean.

Pros: The property is well presented and clean and rooms are quite spacious.

Cons: The check in process is slightly challenging. We found some tiny insects in bed in the master bedroom. Quite concerning.

Pros: Nice view from 33rd floor. Host provided thorough info that quick to read and understand. Facilities provided are beyond my expectation, honestly. Happy that a unit of stand alone dryer is provided to use that I can easily manage laundries for 6 persons. I can do some light cooking as well, Most important, the place is clean. Overall, we were happy with our choice of homestay. Thumbs up to host and keep going ^^

Pros: Location, great view of Penang from 33rd floor, security is good, big rooms, smart TV, shampoo/toiletries provided, washing facilities, pool and prompt customer service.

Cons: Would be nicer if the 2 rooms had a proper wardrobe for hanging clothes instead of the metal rack.

Pros: Our stay was incredible! The house was thoroughly cleaned upon entering, the design is very modern and comforting, the amenities are complete and very much perfect in every way. The housing area is strategic, easy access to many places. Instructions and communications with the person in charge were smooth and easy, replies are quick and clear. Overall, everything was amazing including the security and management. 11/10 , would definitely come again ✨

Pros: Well kept place (looks new). Comfortable and cozy. Very suitable for a group of 5-6.

Cons: It is quite a distance to walk from this location to Penang Island’s places of interested. If you have your own transport, I think it is a good place to stay; else, getting public transport from this location may be a problem (I think). We have our own car so it’s a good place to stay. Worth the price. Highly recommended.
