The furniture is new and the room is very comfortable. You can walk everywhere; shopping malls and public transportation

Pros: It has all the amenities you could want in a home. We loved the room we booked for the view of the Twin Towers. The pool and gym are extremely enjoyable. items are new We have a bit of a fly problem towards the evening, but just keeping the windows closed should be enough; the air conditioner does more than enough work on its own. This wasn't a problem for us either.

Pros: We like the location. We mostly travel by Grab from the property to places like Padang Kota, Lebuh Chulia and Georgetown.

Pros: I like the location of this stay, located at the center of penang island near to many attraction spot. Easy to find local food hawker. Besides, the decorations in this stay are simple yet very nice to accommodate me and my family. All eletrical appliances are in good condition except for iron. Water heater, fridge, microwave are functioning well. After communicated with the host, they replied that they will replace the iron the next day since their staff is already heading back home. It is understandable since it was already late evening.

Cons: I love this stay that i do not have anything that i didn't like.

Pros: Honestly, it was by far the cleanest unit i've stayed in Island. The beds were comfortable, the unit comes with a beautiful view facing the beach on Gurney! Just perfect stay :)

Pros: I’ve been staying in this studio house for a few months and it’s been great so far. The room is well-designed and makes good use of space. Everything looks new, the furniture, the bathroom, even the curtains. It feels very comfortable to live in.

Pros: the unit is nice, hosts provided all the things that is necessary, toiletries, towels, ironing board, hair dryer, hangers. kitchen is complete with water filter, kettle, pots and pans. the fridge is clean. toilets are functioning well.

Cons: need to share the air cond controller, the fan controller in the room is not working, i can only switch on and off but unable to change the speed of the fan. there is only one parking lot provided.
