Pros: I loved every facilities which you have provided. Everything was perfect. I loved the attention I received from the host, Mr Hamzah. He instantly replies to all my inquiries. Thank you so much.

Cons: There is nothing like we didn’t like but I would like to suggest one thing. It would be really good if you provide a washing machine for people who prefers to stay longer.

Pros: Comfortable for one small family, have infinity pool

Cons: Just confusing to find the block and apartment

Pros: The unit was immaculately clean and tidy. We found it very comfortable for our family and had everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with children.

Cons: For Management Urban Suites , help check back your lift . Guest need wait 10min for the lift on peak hour/weekend .

Pros: It was super clean and well furnished. Recommended for group travellers as there is plenty of space.

Cons: Long wait for the lifts to go down to lobby as there were 4 lifts servicing 40+ floors. But it’s not that a big issue and would consider the property for future stays!

Pros: My family and I had a great stay here. The place was very clean, comfortable, and fresh with no bad smell. We also enjoyed the nice view from the room. The TV and Wi-Fi worked well too. Overall, it really met our expectations.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: a bit confusing to get to the check-in counter and the room but once you find it, it's quite convenient and a lot of parking space available even for the extra car to park (paid with touch n go) which is super convenient. The room is clean and great with 3 rooms and enough blankets and pillows for 6 of us to stay. Thanks for the water filter available for us to get clean drinking water at all time.

Cons: the plug for electric kettle was a bit malfunctioned but luckily it still worked. The hot water in the bathroom was not hot enough.

Pros: The location is convenient. There's a market not far away.. The room is generally clean and tidy. The landlord is very friendly.

Cons: The unit is a bit noisy at night due to it's close to the road. There are no cabinets or storage cabinets in the room and bathroom, making it inconvenient to place things.

Pros: the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Lovely city and water view. Air conditioning in every room was a bonus.

Pros: Suitable for kids, worth every penny, strategic location, nice view, got friendly host, tv got netflix to enjoy it too, and our little family enjoy it. Thank you for the unforgettable memories.
