Great location and convenience for the shops

Pros: The location was great! It was above the plaza so all the food places and shops were within the same location! We decided to stay quite a few nights in the end.

Cons: The shower was not great, low pressure and not very hot. The places felt dated and needs a refresh.

Room for a family trip in a strategic location!

Pros: The reception (Nicole) is friendly, she get in touch with us prior to our check-in so that she can be on standby. Parking is provided for free and the location is strategic and 10 mins drive from Gurney Drive and town centre. The room is located within the mall, therefore, if you are looking to do some grocery or quick bites, it is easy. 3 bed rooms with queen size bed, two toilet with heaters, AC, water heaters, kettle, ironing board, hair dryer, towels are provided. Kitchen facilities complete and bonus is the washing machine and dryer.

Cons: The TV should have access to a list of Astro channels, but it is not working. If they can provide room disposal slippers, that would be great. No gym facility but there is an ANYTIME fitness right opposite.

Spacious, tidy and neat

Pros: The room neat and spacious..near to mall(walking distance), near to hypermarket(4min drive)..the parking share with mall visitor but still manage get an empty parking..value for money..

Cons: Need to be more clear about self checkin (some video may help), a bit confusing where to take the key especially when arrive at night..tv no channel (maybe can put smart tv for netflix)..can improve the dishes cause its small not enough 😅..

Pros: come with fridge, clothes dryer and washing machine. convenient if travelling with breast feeding baby. Provide cot upon request as well.

Cons: i think this property been sometime that's why there is quite some mould in the toilet
