Very satisfying, must recommend to friends and family

Pros: Fast internet access, Quiet ambience environment, delicious food, suitable for working.

Cons: The front part of hairdryer is spoiled

We had a lovely stay.

Pros: Rooms are spaces and clean, the cafe and pool area is lovely. The staff and service was great. The little store downstairs, had snacks and water.

Cons: The bathroom smelt like sewerage through the pipes, I complained a few times as the smell was constant.

Decent stay. Room was comfortable for sure.

Pros: The facilities is clean. Staff is friendly. Very easy to do your own laundry. The pool is nice and clean. The cafe at the main lobby and ground floor was excellent and delicious.

Cons: Not too sure why but our toilet has a strong drainage smell coming from the toilet. But it comes and goes.

Awesome stay in Penang

Pros: Cleanliness and coziness of the environment made our stay meaningful and pleasant.

Cons: The tng scan at the exit gate takes time to detect.

Pros: I like the design of the hotel giving a chill and cozy vibe the bed is comfortable provided shampoo and body wash hair dryer is strong

Cons: hotel guest have to pay for the parking. there‘s no hot water at the water dispenser on our floor. waze to the hotel is confusing always lead to the way that miss out the turn in end up need to take a whole round to there.

Pros: Clean and spacious room . ( Deluxe room) . except pillow abit high for me. Bed is comfortable. Good view. Location is good easy access. Security guard at main door so is safety. Overall are good. .good price too. Front desk are friendly. Thank you

Cons: Didn't provide teaspoon or a stirred stick for coffee.

Pros: The room is so big and the bed is very comfortable... Location is very good, near to everywhere...

Decent stay but there's still room for improvement

Pros: Room is very spacious, lightings are well positioned. TV is clear and right size. Couch is very comfortable. Every floor is equipped with a water dispenser which is good for environment. Hair dryer is very nice, light weight but powerful. Bed is very comfortable.

Cons: The water heater although is set at maximum, the water was lukewarm only. Personally, I think it's more convenient to have the sink inside the bathroom rather than outside. The whole hotel corridors, walkways and rooms are made of hard surfaces without any carpet. Hence, there isn't any noise insulation. Signboard shows there are laundry and gym. But both are not ready yet during my stay. Carpark is a bit narrow, and it's a real hassle for guests to turn multi level and park up to level 8.

Pros: Very clean and wonderful rooms. Spacious. And very well thought of concept of hotel where the bathroom lights are equipped with sensors so that it will turn on when you are near. Pool was nice too
