Pros: The facilities and location are superb. Located in between the old and new town, got coffee shop downstairs and a supermarket within walking distance. The house was also neat and generally clean. They provided a lot of extra pillows.

Cons: The bathroom was too cramped. No other way to fix this I think because it's an apartment.
