Comfortable stay and convenient location

Pros: We stayed for over a week here. It was convenient as the location is in the city centre. The unit was comfortable and all appliances were working. Owner/management was friendly and accommodating to our rrquests. Cleaners came to clean the unit (notice given) during our stay.

Cons: There was no drying rack or place to dry up our clothes once washed. Owner/management may consider having a portable drying rack.

Pros: What a great stay at this place, we enjoyed ourselves, tourist spots & places for food like hawker stalls, famous food & everything was within 5-10 minutes drive. Extremely clean & convenient. Owner was very helpful & answered promptly. Will repeat if i go to Ipoh again & definitely recommend to those who need it. My family & i enjoyed our stay here. 100% satisfied

Pros: Just a short drive to town and tourist attractions in town. Place is well equipped , the convenience is like staying in my home. My stay had two rooms and two bathrooms, so it is perfect for a small family

A good apartment to stay for a few days to experience Ipoh

Pros: It’s a new apartment building and located in the city. Comfortable for few days stay to experience Ipoh.

Cons: It’s a new property and renovations are underway hence there is noise and a lot of movement. Owner to consider show curtains in the bathrooms to separate the wet and dry areas.

Pros: Clean, comfortable. Come with WIFI, NEFLIX, washing machine, and hair dryer. There are facilities eg swimming pool and gyms etc. The location is not far to the town with driving

Cons: No balcony to hang wet clothes, the water boiler is not easy withdraw water

Get Ready For The Jam!

Pros: The condo is conveniently situated about 5-10 minutes away from the centre of Ipoh. You can get to tourist destinations quickly such as Ming Court Hong Kong (1.5km away), Nam Heong White Coffee (2.7km away), Concubine Lane (2.6km away) or Tasik Cermin (8.5km away) – you get the idea. There's a parking spot provided for you and your guest. Hassle-fee checking in and checking out. It has a water heater in both toilets, which the elders greatly appreciate. Love it. Will book here again if I ever need to come to Ipoh for an event.

Cons: The walls are thin – you can hear every noise your neighbours make during the day and night. (I didn't tell this to the host, though)
