The Anderson Haven Family Suites - Ipoh 2-bedroom Apartment

Pros: Strategic homestay for all places in ipoh. Easy access for check in and check out. The management very helpful. The whole apartment is clean and in good condition. Had a pleasant stay with family.

Cons: So far all good. Will stay here for second visit to ipoh

Pros: Room locking system is so efficient and rooms we clean

Cons: We were looking for our designated parking lot, but our unit number was missing. We then parked beside the lift lobby, assuming it was our parking space as there was no unit number indicated there. Later, we re alised that our actual parking spot was located on the other side of the lift lobby. Although it was our mistake to park at that spot, I would suggest placing a clear sign or marking (such as a cross) to indicate that parking is not allowed there, so others do not make the same mistake. Unfortunately, our car was clamped and we were fined RM100. We also noticed another car parked at the same spot after we removed our vehicle. Alternatively, a guard could have assisted us in locating our parking space. I hope this incident will not happen again in the future. Other than this matter, there are no issues with the apartment and everything else is good.

Pros: Nice, clean, and comfortable. Good location and easy check-in.

Pros: Have every basic things u need, good enough if u want to stay somewhere near to city of Ipoh but not too crowded. Check-in was direct and simple. Unit is very minimal, just enough for sleep.

Cons: Stains & lots of hair on bedsheets, not too clean. Navigating thru parking was quite hard, but it's not too fussy. Security of 2nd room is questionable, the small door is directly connected to balcony next to outside walkway area.

Sparkling Clean✨

Pros: Personally as parents who travel with small kids, I really appreciate that the unit was sparkling clean✨

Cons: Maybe put a blind on the kitchen's window for some privacy👌🏻

Huge appartment

Pros: The apartment is huge und there is enough place to relax. It was clean and the AC worked quite good. You can also use the gym and the pool. The gym is big and has a lot of different sports equipment. The security is friendly, we could leave our backpacks there before we could check in.

Cons: The landlord isn't helpful. We ask if there is an opportunity where we can leave our backpacks and he didn't answer. There was only a little bit of toilet paper. The apartment is a little bit outside from the city center. By foot you need 25min.

Come over n enjoy yr stay.

Pros: Checkin process sangat mudah. Unit bersih, ada extra 2 bantal, tuala disediakan, basic kitchenette dan utensils, peti sejuk dan aircond setiap bilik. Iron disediakan. Ada microwabe dan pemanas air juga. Tandas dua. Tilam selesa. Bawak anak kecik, kena bawak toto untuk tidur bawah. Bilik sampah kat depan je, jangan lupa buang sampah anda. Keseluruhan Sangat selesa.

Cons: Tiada mesin basuh, Tiada tempat sidai baju. Harap disediakan plastik sampah extra dan toto extra untuk kids baring kat bawah. Ada bekas sabun dalam toilet tapi sabun takde 😂
