Pros: Goody good as expected. Raymond was responsive & helpful.

Cons: •Kitchen sink tap may change to stainless steel instead of plastic to avoid breaking easily. •Alum windows can improve with sealing/soundproof tape to avoid noise from outside.

The stay was enjoyable and in a great location for an Ipoh visit. Well suited for a family stay

Pros: Location was great. Apartment was spacious and clean. Hosts were friendly.

Cons: First story location meant there was considerable street traffic noise.

Exceeded my expectations and value for money! Will book again!

Pros: It was located very near a lot of food! It was very spacious. The furniture, fixtures, and little details shows the owner has good taste and everything was well thought out for the convenience of the traveller . Everything was very new too! My family members definitely enjoyed it.

Cons: Would be great if there was a water filter, even the most basic one on the tap itself, as Malaysian water is not the cleanest unfortunately. One of the guests, wasn't as trilled about the aircond compressor humming that turns on in the morning. I believe it's from the downstairs shop. But at night it's completely quiet so no worries about sleep disruption.

Pros: very clean and comfortable. bilik and ruang tamu luas. close with attractions and tempat-tempat makan. the owner will guide you and ensure you find the place. a great stay for family!

Pros: The overall are clean and also quite worth of money after booking this unit. And it's really opposite of 明阁点心 and 福山点心 by walking distance, within 10 sec.

Cons: The curtain at the kitchen should provide as outside can look in easily. Where the way we walk to toilet need to be covered too
