Malaysia 🇲🇾

It was good and i like the location as accessible to many places.

Pros: The host only sent the details via WhatsApp when we called the available number after reaching the property at 3:00 PM. The person who answered then provided another number to arrange the key and other matters. As a result, we had to make several calls back and forth. I believe the management team or owner should have sent the details at least one day in advance. However, overall, the stay was manageable aside from this minor inconvenience.

Cons: There was no proper towel or clothes holder in either bathroom, so we had to use the toilet door handle to hang our towels and clothes. Additionally, there was no proper rack or storage space to keep our luggage or clothes, apart from a simple clothes-hanging rack. As there were only five hangers provided, we had to place the rest of our belongings on the floor. It would have been better if some additional storage space or racks were provided.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The checked in was very smooth n easy. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with lovely linens with comprehensive amenities. The location was perfect for exploring downtown. We will definitely return!

Cons: Will be more great if got extra pillow n blanket...
