ONSTAY Sunway Onsen Suites

Well maintained. Fantastic view

Pros: The check in was smooth and easy. We were given specific instructions. Host was very accommodating. Even suggested a dinner place for us. The apartment was squeaky clean. My wife is super particular about cleanliness. The toilet was clean. No funny ordors. There was water filter.. microwave oven and fridge. They even had a indiction stove as well. The view from the master bedroom in the morning was priceless. Best place to stay if u are going to lost world...jus a short walk. Safe place with security all over. Pool was huge with awesome view from the infinity pool. Sauna was cool. Definitely value for money. They gave 2 access card so it was easy to move around since we were a big group.

Cons: Sensors (access card) to parking entrance n exit was a little poor. Sound from lost world can be a little loud / disturbing at times but they wrap up by 10 pm plus. The Onsen pool was not functioning in the morning. Sofa was small for a 2 bed room apartment.

Overall it was a lovely stay, highly recommended.

Pros: the location and the view of course. the Onsen pool was the highlight. Calm scenery.

Cons: The pool during the second and third day of our stay were dirty. Even the floors were dirty. The games room procedure is a bit unfair, we had another family wanting to play after us but the guard said we had to return the pool tables balls to the guard house first and then the other family have to register again to collect it..

Overall ok however lady host’s attitude disappointed

Pros: Overall, the stay was pleasant and the house was clean and well-equipped.

Cons: I was quite disappointed with the lady host’s attitude when I raised an issue about the parking card. The card wasn't working properly, and I couldn’t enter or exit the parking area. When I informed the contact person, the host responded in a way that made me feel like I was being dishonest. She insisted that no one else had complained before and kept questioning if I was using it the wrong way. Although the card was eventually replaced, the face-to-face interaction still felt distrustful and uncomfortable. As a guest, I believe concerns should be handled with more understanding and respect.

I will repeat next time

Pros: Nice view,distance to near go tp tambun theme park..most recommand..all are good 🥰🥰🥰

Saya suka stay dekat sini.. ada swimming pool dan hot spring pool.. tapi sayang saya hanya sehari tak dapat nak guna sem

Pros: Memiliki views yang cantik dan menenangkan fikiran.. tempat yang sangat strategik.. dekat dengan lost world of tambun.. tempat makan yang viral pun ada berdekatan dengannye..
