Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable to stay in. All the basic necessities were provided in the apartment. All electronic equipment provided was functioning properly without any problems. Good stay overall.

Cons: The management of the building should do something about their security guard procedures of admitting homestay residents into the premises. Numerous evenings there was a long queue to enter the premises with new and current residents having to be in line to enter. On one occasion, the security guards refused to let my housemates into the premises as they were not the ones making the booking although they are holding the key and have a copy of the confirmation booking from me. The guards insisted that since I made the booking, I had to be present! This is absolutely ridiculous! If I am not able to be there with my friends who are staying in the same unit, then are my friends supposed to wait outside the whole night for me to return although they are holding the keys?!! This needs to be changed and the guards are to be trained accordingly and use common sense and discretion.

Pros: I hope for the future, the facilities like water dispenser will be put at the condo. Washing machine & dryer will be added too for easy the tenant to wash anda dry the clothes after use the swimming pool.
