Value Worth Homestay

Pros: The house is comfortable for a 5 person group. The location is also near to a Mydin making buying snacks and necessity easy. There are a hangout spot near the place too.

Cons: The WiFi speed could be improve and the television is finicky to use with no browser apps on it.

Good stay at Ipoh

Pros: Easy check-in and check-out. The owner was very helpful. The price was also fair. Two parking spaces are provided, but you need to inform them early if you bring two cars. All the basic necessities are provided.

Cons: The bathroom wall is a bit dirty. The water is also slow, but it is acceptable.

Pros: The house has all the basic necessities such as wifi, water filter, water heater and aircond

Fairly good

Pros: The location of the apartment is wonderful, near a vibrant and beautiful area. The air conditioning throughout the apartment was comfortable, as was the hot water in the bathrooms. The availability of drinking water in the apartment was good, even though the water dispenser did not work perfectly, it served the purpose since we are a small family.

Cons: The apartment was very dusty, and the person responsible for cleaning it did not do a thorough job. The closets were filled with unclean bed covers. I did not find any towels or toilet paper in the apartment, but the owner was cooperative and brought them in the evening. The doors made very annoying noises with the slightest movement, but they were fixed the next morning.Additionally, I received a different apartment from the one that was booked.

Pros: The house is super clean and located in the mid of the town.

Cons: The water filter does not function well. No hot water and seems not serviced.

Pros: The house is really clean. Even the owner is chinese, they put a sejadah to muslim perform solat. The view was wonderful in the morning with gunung2 banjaran titiwangsa.

Pros: Confortable to stay wt family .. the location also very strategic.

Comfortable enough for a short stay.

Pros: The property is well furnished and spacious. There are some shops and small, local restaurants 300m away. Good wifi. Good parking. A 15min drive from the centre of Ipoh.

Cons: Kitchen was poorly set up and equipped. It would be very difficult to make a meal there. Beds and pillows were hard.

Clean and comfortable

Pros: The apartment was so clean, Muslim-friendly and comfort for stay cation. It is also nearby Mydin, and accessible nearby mini market.
