Nice and pretty looking unit.

Pros: Overall the place was well organised and convenient. The view ( Lost World of Tambun and the mountains )was great and refreshing. We enjoyed people watching and the air. I also liked that the owners put extra attention for families with babies/toddlers. They had a baby chair and baby bath tub..👏🏼

Cons: The corners of the sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms can be cleaned or painted. It spoils the impression of the pretty looking house. The water pressure in the main bedroom was veryyyyy low when we turned the knob for hot water. ( Cold was goooooood ).

Comfy stay for family

Pros: Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place for family and friends. It’s definitely a great value! The beds were incredibly comfy, making it easy for us to relax after a long day of exploring. The instructions for collecting the key were clear.

Cons: We encountered a small challenge with the gate & lift access card , as it took a few tries to get them to work, but it didn’t detract too much from our stay. I have dust allergy so it would be great to have the dust cleaned off the light fixtures and to address the clothing moths on the ceiling.

Pros: Room is spacious. Rooms are very clean. Balcony has excellent view.

Cons: Only available tissue paper is the one in the toilet. Can consider placing some tissue around the living room and guest room area for use.

Good value for the money for staycation

Pros: Very clean and well maintained unit, we like the cosy decoration. Bonus point is the Onsen pool and swimming pool facing the mountains, the kids like it a lot.

Cozy space with nice view outside.

Pros: The space is cozy, with everything well prepared. Plus, we can enjoy a great view from the balcony.

Cons: It’s more convenient for self-riders.

Great apartment with onsen

Pros: Having an onsen was the highlight, but other things such as really comfy beds and a clean apartment were also much appreciated.

Cons: Security features such as needing access cards for parking and elevator took a while to get used to.

I’ve had a pleasant stay here and I wouldn’t mind to come back again.

Pros: The hosts were very hospitable and the unit was clean.
