Pros: Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. The place was very nice and rooms were spacious.

Cons: Parking is a little tight but still okay.

Enjoyable.

Pros: Great location with access to plenty of restaurants. Instructions to collect/return keys were clear. Clean and comfortable room with good views of the city.

Cons: Toilet's sink and bidet might need replacing as the handles have fallen off. Minor issue but could be rectified for better comfort/convinience.

Pros: Very satisfactory. The room is very clean. Close to the city. I might come back if I go to Ipoh again.

Cons: Maybe the owner could change the ironing board. Not suitable for low usage.

Pros: It feels very good to be in this building. The view from the pool is just amazing.

Cons: The self check in is not very well organized. I opened the mailbox and the keys weren’t there. You have to pay to stock your luggages if you arrive before the check in.

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Everything was provided except bring your toothpaste, toothbrush and hair shampoo.

Cons: The driveway to the carpark is really challenging.

Pros: Within walking distance, It has a 24hr Pelita Muslim Food Outlet; Grocery shop and a Self-Service Laundry outlet. Also, there was a Pharmacy plus barber nearby.

Cons: Room did not have an oven to warm-up food.

Very clean. 2.rooms are spacious. 3.drinking water supplies available all the time,the unit has a water purifier. 4.toilets are super clean. 5.so close to mosques, stadiums,malls, eateries and the surroundings are not so busy. 6.nights are quiet,very calm. 7.the got fan and aircond in every hall and rooms. 8.rates for unit so cheap bro 9.pool is cool

Cons: the Unit has a washing machine but no dryer. And the place to hang clothes is very limited. So u need to take ur damp clothes to the nearest laundry hub( 3mins drive) No ,nothing else. If im in ipoh..i will rent this unit again.
