Manhattan Condo Ipoh with Water Park and Pool View

Spacious condo, good for a family visit

Pros: Very large room overlooking pool area. Coffee shops and restaurants right outside complex and Aeon very close by. Hosts were very helpful, with good communication.

Cons: 3pm check in is late with a family and you miss a lot of the day if you are only staying 1 night. Would have been nice to have more than Malaysian tv channels for the evening when children go to bed.

Pros: The hosts were responsive to every enquiry. The premise was super clean and neat. Kitchen equipment were usable. Ambience was great and very close to shops, i.e. Zeus Coffee, Family Mart, Mixue, supermarket, and more. Decorations were minimal. Thank you to owner for putting a wall deco that coincide with my son's special day.

Cons: There's no air-conditioner in the living hall. The water pressure in both bathrooms was really slow and the shower couldn't be used simultaneously. The furniture in the premise was a little old. Perhaps the owner would want to change the pillows too by now. The security and management staff were so strict that they'd issue fines immediately when they see guests wearing jerseys in the swimming pool. They should be more lenient on this rule. I think jersey is ok but not t-shirt.

Pros: Great facilities. Decent and super clean unit. Very attentive host. Definitely recommended and will come back.

Pros: The condo location is very good, well maintained n suitable for family vacation.

Pros: Good updates were given on the chek in and out. The house was clean. Overall, it was good. For improvement purposes, it is good to have a grill door for additional safety at the entrance and at the kitchen door..

Cons: Master bedroom toilet door lock to be repaired.

Great Stay. Near to amenities. Good for Family with kids. Will come again.

Pros: Easy collection of keys, near to amenities, the swimming pool/theme park is just downstair.

Cons: May be can add a water dispenser? That would do good. :) Add another fan at the dining area.

Nice condo and apartment

Pros: Very nice apartment and condo, especially for the kids. Everything went perfectly regarding the keys and access card. Security deposit was paid back within hours. Will definitely come back.

Good host and comfortable stay

Pros: Clear instructions by the house host. Easy check in and check out process. The house was comfortable enough for my family. Swimming pool view. 2 bedroom with extra pillow, air-conditioning in both rooms only. Double fan in the living room. There is a hair dryer, iron, kettles, microwave, fridge, and basic utensils.

Pros: Place was nice based on my line of activities for the day. The place was very nice & tidy. There was sufficient amenities from toilet/bathroom to other facilities.

Cons: N/A for me.

Pros: This house super clean and hospitality is good. Suitable for family vacation and super comfy.
