Pros: i collected the parking card and access card from the mailbox. to enter the house, the host share with me the passcode. so overall its an easy check in and check out process. the property is located right to the kinta water front. its definitely in the center of ipoh. if you want to go to the memory lane on Sunday morning, you can just walk from this property. what i love the most is the pool. there's no people at the people and its so big.

Great base for Ipoh

Pros: Apartment was great, comfortable beds. Good location to explore Caves and nice sofa layout.

Cons: The bathroom wasn’t clean (toilet & shower in particular). Separate to the apartment but the cafe by the pool is small portions for food and adds 10% service charge so wouldn’t recommend.

Highly recommended place to stay, easy access and quiet.

Pros: The overall house is clean and well maintained especially the kitchen and living room. There are ample of blankets and extra pillows. The check in and check out processes were very easy and straight forward. Good place to stay and highly recommended.

Cons: The sharing toilet was not very clean, there are dark spots and dirty stains on the back door and also the floor. Please pay more attention on the toilets cleanliness. As for the master bedroom toilet, maybe need door or shower curtain so that the water would not flow over to the toilet and make it wet.

Pros: Apartment is beautifully furnished and clean. Location is central and parking is easy.

Cons: Suggest to have clear instructions on arrival i.e. where to park, how to get to security desk (having separate hotel and apartment side is a bit confusing), maybe what to do if the guard is not around. Also suggest to put a few mugs in the kitchen. Hard to make coffee in the tall thin glasses. :)

Lovely stay

Pros: We stayed here a few times before, so it was easy to find. Close to town, easy to get food. There is a 7-11 store at ground floor. Host is nice, the place was clean and easy to check in. Will come again!

Cons: Bath tub is cracked.
