Lovely Ipoh apartment

Pros: Clean, good decor, well equipped, well managed. Would happily recommend and return!

Cons: 9/10 instead of 10/10 only because Hot water in one shower was intermittent and the second bedroom did not have clothes cupboard. Did not detract from overall stay though

Great Location!

Pros: The apartment is amazing clean, great location walking distance to Yau Tet Shin street where all the food u like are all there. Giving a good thumb up for the cleanness of the apartment. Certainly n highly recommended to chose this unit.

Cons: No staff to help.. Just follow WhatsApp instructions. When reach no accessible to Mailbox as no key to open the ground floor glass door. Until someone come out I can only go in. Need to climb stairs to 1st floor to collect the key... This part need to improve n revise the check in process...

Comfortable.

Pros: Spacious but not enough seating for lounge room. Provided detergent for washing clothes in the washing machine. Bathroom and toilet allocation for each room. Extra pillows. Efficient aircon. Responsive communication with owner or property manager.

Cons: The very weird swimming pool rules. Men are not allowed to wear swimming shorts in the pool. No access to the gym. Complicated access to car park and keys.

Good Apartment Nice Host!

Pros: Clear and easy check-in instruction was provided prior to arrival. The keys were easily located and collected. Comfy spacious room with decent lighting and good ambiance; good A/C with nice fans. Good shower facilities with clean toilets. Good quality washing machine and dryer. Decent speed Wi-Fi. Beddings were fine. Great location in the Ipoh new town. The host handled our problem in a prompt and professional way. Great stay!

Cons: Pretty much nothing.
