Pros: Clean and sufficient for my family of 6 All rooms got aircond n water heater function well Microwave ✅ electric stove ✅ washing machine ✅ iron ✅ hairdryer ✅

Cons: Not provide clothes drying rack The lift is always busy at all times, waiting time is long even already has 4 lifts The track to parking lot is challenging, spiral all the way to level 10, dizzy!

Pros: facilities top notch except for the lift, take some time to get downstairs because we need to wait. but other than that, everthing was smooth!

Pros: I like almost everything in the unit! Thank you. I think it's only the kitchen window that bothers me a bit since, I can see who's next door from the window. If there is someone standing at their kitchen, at their kitchen sink in specific. I think perhaps a sheer curtain should be fine to be used to prevent from looking at each other's kitchen without preventing the light from brightening the kitchen area. That's all. Other than this, this unit looks fine to me. Thank you.

Good location with Pool, clean and well equipped. Parking spot can be improved.

Pros: The house is thoughtfully furnished with modern conveniences, including a refrigerator, washing machine, electric stove, and kettle. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and the two bathrooms feature water heaters, ensuring a comfortable stay. The key collection process was seamless, with instructions provided in advance, making check-in hassle-free. The location itself is a highlight, boasting excellent amenities such as a pool, sauna, and gym—key reasons for choosing this accommodation. While parking was available, it was located a bit further from the lift, which required some extra walking.

Cons: The designated parking spot was at Unit A, while our stay was at Unit B, which required walking quite a distance—this was challenging as we had both an elderly family member and a child with us. Accessing the parking area on Level 10 was also somewhat inconvenient, especially with frequent trips in and out. Of the three rooms, two did not have clothes hangers, and none of the rooms had mirrors. We had to rely on the bathroom or the mirror in the living hall, which wasn’t ideal. Lastly, during checkout, the lift situation was quite challenging, with long wait times. This was particularly difficult for families carrying multiple bags.

Pros: Actually I didn't book this unit but because my another unit (3 bedrooms) was last minute cancelled by another host which is also in this Urban Suites, and I have no choice but to take this unit which only has 2 bedrooms. My bedsheet is dirty and after I informed the host, they get it changed quite fast. This unit is near to the lift and it will be quite noisy sometimes.

Cons: The way to the parking. You need to drive up to 10th floor in spiral mode which is quite dizzy.

Our stay was comfortable, with responsive hosts and a family-friendly environment.

Pros: Our stay was enjoyable and comfortable, perfect for traveling with family. The hosts were very responsive and provided excellent assistance from check-in to check-out.

Cons: It would be great if host provide two free parking spaces, especially when traveling with family. Regardless, everything else was great

Excellent facilities, only suitable for 2-3 nights maximum.

Pros: The facilities in the building were excellent! Pool, weekend cinema, climbing wall, games room.

Cons: Not enough bedroom furniture (desks/wardrobes/drawers) for a family of 5 and not enough floor space for our luggage. 4 nights is hard if you can't unpack!

Pros: Clean house with good facility,my kids really enjoy the pool. Strategic location, near to go to the city by car
