High floor Mountain view Kampar

Nice quaint condo in Kampar

Pros: The place is very clean and no smell like most Malaysia homestay. It has a water dispenser, and a reputable brand too, so we are confident. Aircond is not too cold, so its fine. I like the view so much, its so beautiful. Instead of parking at the dedicated parking which I think was on the multistory floor, we parked on the street parking just outside the entrance. This is more convenient than going up, as you can easily park, get your key, and get upstairs from the ground floor lift. No need to go back and forth to your car. The condo has got nice basic swimming pool and gym, both can be accessed with the pass card.

Cons: This is not a complain but rather an info for others. The unit is a bit far from the lift and quite a long walk through an empty quite corridor so it might not be suitable for female solo traveller. Also the neighbour next door pasted some Chinese mantra or charms on the window (empty unit) that gives you a bit of a creep if you pass by at night. The unit is not that big for a super large family. Ideal for a max of 4. It has one large bed, and 2 additional mattress.

Kampar's Champs Elysees

Pros: Great location with all the attractions and restaurants nearby.

Cons: Not spacious enough to have another queen size bed because there were four of us.

Pros: Loved the ease of getting the access key and the location. The unit 21-1 is beautiful, and the view was awesome. Everything was excellent.

Cons: Wished the aircond was better as it was not cooling enough. Had the AC on from the time checked in till the next day, but the room was not cold. If possible, please add at least one bedside table as there was none near the bed.

Pros: The lights are enough bright Fridge, washing machine, water heater for easy use The interior is warm and comfortable

Cons: No hand cloths, dish cloths, microwaves
