Pros: The propert was very clean and very comfortable in parking wise and also spacious for 6 pax in a family.Toilets were very clean The owner was also friendly and allowed us to check in early and checked with us if need anything or is any problem If coming to Kulim ,wil def stay here again

Pros: Property was very clean and smells good when we first step in to check in. Sofea was also very helpful in assisting to check in and handle queries. Will definitely recommend and stay again here in future! ☺️

Pros: Very spacious. Nice decor. Clean. Good facilities & necessities provided. Complete with filtered hot & cold water. Owner also provided some free 3in1 drink sachets. Location is also good.

Honest review about SFS Kulim Homestay

Pros: The beds were comfortable and clean. The host were super friendly and considerate. There are water heater in one of the bathroom. There was a Coway water dispenser and cups and plates provided. The TV has Netflix and Astro so I can enjoy some entertainment. There were airconds all over the Homestay. They provided soaps and shampoos.

Cons: Nothing. Everything were great.
