Pleasant stay,

Pros: Loved the big pool. Clean surroundings and a clean, comfortable apartment. Basic TV but suitable for a family stay focused on enjoying the pool. The host was friendly and helpful.

Cons: Overall, the stay was good. However, guests really need to follow the rules carefully, especially regarding parking, as the RM300 fine is quite worrying if a mistake is made. One suggestion for improvement would be to extend the checkout time to 12:00 p.m. The current checkout feels a bit rushed, especially for families with children who would like to enjoy the pool. Additionally, the RM300 deposit is quite high, even though it is refundable before 6:00 p.m. Lowering the deposit amount may help guests feel more comfortable.

Cozy, Clean and New

Pros: The property was nice, cozy, clean and new. They have complete kitchen, fridge and washing machine. Main bedroom has extra mattress. The view was nice. I got 2 parking. The best part is their tv is android and you can watch youtube or Netflix.

Cons: -the shower water heater is too loud and i didn’t use it all because i afraid it will make the neighbour angry -the towel they provided is too small and the size is for kids i think -if you hanging around on the balcony, don’t ever open the sliding door because it will attract Charlie ant to come inside the condo. -the security management. Don’t ever use a wrong turn when parking at the parking lot, or else you will be fined RM300.

Good location and clean.

Pros: I like the property. It was clean and nicely decorated. The given parking is easy to find and it is understandable that there are rules to obey for safety reasons. The host is also friendly.

Cons: If i have to mention something. There is only one little pot in the kitchen, no frying pan in our case is so that i can cooking for our little son who is not used to asian food. The toilet roll in both the toilets were less than half roll when we checked in. And there were no extra rolls in the house. I am not sure if this was a measurement to save cost because toilet paper doesn’t cost alot of money.

Pros: The apartment is quite spacious, clean, and quiet, located near the highway, where you can access the restaurants and enjoy good local food.

Cons: Perhaps the towel needs to be bigger which could be similar to the one provided by typical hotel.

Great

Pros: The homestay is very comfortable and facilities are amazing. Especially swimming pool and gym in very good condition. Well recommended for families.

Cons: Toilet floor was not so clean but ok to use. Can do deep cleaning.

Very nice to stay with family, it's safe, clean & comfortable.

Pros: There is no breakfast provide, location was good very near to the cosway. The unit was at level 34, view was excellent.

Cons: Need to wait for the lift as some of them take the lift up to go down as it's always pack.

Pros: Easy instructions, location is strategic. Unit clean and comfortable.

Cons: Parking level agak sukar untuk 4x4 but there is nothing to do.

Pros: Everything was great! The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The bed was great, and the home felt welcoming. The host was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this homestay!
