Clean, big space only agent not so smooth process at check-in

Pros: Facilities all good and clean, big space for big family. Only the agent running is not so smooth, check in at 3pm, but at 3pm only she revert and ask the deposit of RM300 when im in front of the guard aprtment! After bank in the depo, only she give the instruction and take key at mailbox etc -- at 340 only we can go in to the unit. Not so smooth i would say, she should arrange this much more earlier. We are in big families with 2cars, 1 car need to pay for parking overnight. But overall unit is very clean and big space, plus with washer machine

Pros: Affordable price with good safety management and facilities. The owner is also very helpful and easygoing

Cons: Only given 1 access card which was attached to electric card. Everyone need to go out together which makes it hard if only 1 person need to go out.
