A comfortable and spacious house to stay in with reasonable price

Pros: The house is clean and spacious. Basic amenities are available. To be able to park inside the house compound is very convenient. The area is calm and breezy. Even though there is no AC in each room, the temperature is comfortable to sleep in.

Cons: What can be improve are to add internet facility and water dispenser. Maybe add chrome cast or mira cast to transform the TV to mimic SMART TV Capabilities. Otherwise, everything else is good given the price is reasonable.
