perfect if your kid stays in UTP

Pros: this place is very convenient if your family stays in UTP as it is very close (less than 10 min away). although very small, the rooms are decently sized and the matress is very very soft. i've stayed here before (this is my second time) and the bed is just as excellent as last time. their AC is very strong as well; you'll be warm and cozy in the bed !!

Cons: the apartment wasn't as clean as last time. the place felt very stuffy when we entered and we had to air out the place by opening the windows. additionally, the trash seemed half full and it smelt slightly. then again, it was hidden under the kitchen sink so it didn't bother my family so much.

Value for money, excellent cleanliness, strategic place

Pros: Room was clean and tidy. House was filled with diffusers, smells very nice. Easy to access room to as there's no key involved. Bed comforter was high quality too

Clean, Neat and Completed accompdation.

Pros: The Owner very helpful, the apartment is very neat and completed. And located just nearby UTP only. The owner is providing tea, coffee, milo, sufficient Drinking Bottles and clothing wash facilities and equipment completed its and all for free.
