good & cheap

Pros: I like the cleanliness of the facilities & the space are spacious & the host are very friendly & helpful. We asked for an extra blanket & she delivered it to us immediately. The facilities are beyond our expectation, and it is really value for money.

Cons: Location is not so convenient.

Affordable stay in Setiawan

Pros: The place is clean and comfortable. Check in process is easy and owner is very pleasant and answered all my queries before our trip and also helped while we were there.

Cons: Only 2 bathrooms - 1 in the master bedroom and another 1 in one of the 2 rooms. Very inconvenient as people staying in the 2nd and 3rd rooms have to share one bathroom. It is still OK for a family stay but inconvenient and impractical if you travel with a group of friends. Also, no shower screen so bathrooms are perpetually wet and slippery. The floor in the whole place (except kitchen and laundry area) are very slippery because of the tiles they used. Not suitable if you are traveling with elderly person. Gym is on ground floor which is very very weird and facing the car park and breathing in carbon monoxide. Pool is also on ground floor in a hidden area.

Great for a short-term stay, very comfy unit and upkept well with a responsible host.

Pros: A good location with extremely good airflow. Inside the unit is well-kept, everything is provided, and host is responsive in case of any issues. The condo itself has an expansive rooftop area for relaxing, its nice for night time chat. The playground and the swimming pool also looks good. Most of the facilities upkeep is done well for a 6 year condo.

Cons: The rubbish house near the guard house and the surrounding area looks like a dump right outside the condo. Unfortunately that is the condo's design, so it might be difficult to change now. And looking for the swimming pool was certainly interesting, there was no mention that it's on the ground floor in the carpark area.
