Pros: The house was equipped with all needed facilities for a comfortable family stay. Can easily accommodate a big family. Very spacious living hall, rooms and bathroom. Easily accessible location and nearby to shops and hawker centres. Overall a great place.

Cons: There are a few things that should be repaired beforehand like the water pipe leakage and tap head loosening. During rainy weather, the parking to the lobby pathway is kinda flooded, so it makes it a little hard to navigate through. I hope the maintenance of the building will take care of it.

Very family friendly and good value.

Pros: Very good detailed instructions for arrival and parking. Maybe advice to temporary park near the entrance to unload bags before parking to save lugging everything from car park. Place was nice and clean and comfortable. Plenty of space to relax and eat. Beautiful view of Taiping. Maybe mention there is picnic area with waterfall - we only discovered on the last day there. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Security made it feel safe. 2 sets of keys and fobs were useful so we could split up and do different things.

Cons: We liked everything , so just for improvements- need to have tea towel, dust bin bags and more toilet roll or include instruction to bring your own. Only one of the pots worked for the induction hob.
