Worth it

Pros: It was cheap and very much worth the stay. We booked somewhere else earlier but last minute they cancelled it. So we booked this place and reached at 10pm and checked out at 9.30am the next morning. I would like it’s surely worth the price. And it has 3 rooms.

Cons: None - its just maybe that you can provide a closet in every room or more hanger place to hang our clothes other than behind door.

We enjoyed the stay. Good value for money. Nice & responsive owner.

Pros: The facilities were adequate for a small family to enjoy. Good value for money. Nice location. Easy to find food.

Cons: Sliding door lock is broken, windows are without latch & grill, main door without latch. Very dangerous for guests with small children especially with autistic child like mine. Please improve this safety aspect.

Pros: breakfast is easily available and the property is very strategic

Cons: improve the mosaic floor with a carpet because the mosaic floor is too cold. If you want to step on the floor, you have to wear socks/slippers A water heater must be in every bathroom because if you are on vacation with many families, you will be concentrated in 1 bathroom

Pros: It is strategic. Restaurants and convenience stores are just around the corner. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Basic amenities are provided. The host is friendly, helpful and responsive.

Cons: The sewage system( which the host can’t do much). Typically you smell ‘them’ especially early in the morning and at night.

Its cheap & still nice for short term stay

Pros: Got parking & lift.Quiet placed.Good placed to stay for short visit,like me i check in 11 midnight check out on 9 am.Just for sleep after long way traveling from South to North..Easy check in.Cheap price.Got 3 room 2 bathroom.One bathroom got water heater.

Cons: Only got water boiler & basic old cutlery.Furniture also very old.Only got basic furniture,bed,pillow,blanket.. everything are old enough.
