Family of 5 travelling

Pros: We loved the size of the property and the location

Cons: We felt it would have been good to know the cooker and oven didn't work. We had 3wks there so really needed to cook. One electric pot wasn't ideal for a family of 5.

Pros: I like the flat. It's clean, more comfortable, more facilities, nice view from balcony and more. I and family members enjoyed and liked. I will book again if I come to Penang. Thank you.

Generally we were satisfied and Tan was an excellent host. He responded promptly to queries.

Pros: Apartment was nicely decorated, spacious and had good gym & pool. Location was good too, near Gurney and also easy to get into town.

Cons: Maintenance of the apartment is urgently needed. A lot of water damage on the ceilings of the bathrooms and mould on doors and ceiling. The timber flooring in the master bedroom has also lifted up. The lifts couldn't cope with the number of guests. We had to wait 10-15mins to be able to get into the lift on some days.

Cons: ห้องนอนที่2และ3แคบไป ร้อนตอนบ่ายๆ เช็คอินบ่าย3รอนานไป เสียเวลามาก เช็คเอาท์ 11โมงเช้า มันเร็วเกินไป.. ไม่เหมาะกับการพักผ่อน ต้องเร่งรีบมากๆ
