Pros: Location xde la jaoh sgt.. dekat ja dgn gurney drive.. masuk² tu luas je.. dapur, smbung ruang tamu, sambung terus dgn bilik..siap ada katil queen 2 . Selesa.. sejukk.. semua facilities ada.

Cons: Bukan tak suka. Saya cuma ingin memberi idea, di ruang tamu akan lebih nampak selesa dan seperti rumah jika owner tambah 1 karpet/permaidani di hadapan tv(sofa)..
