Unexpectedly Positive Stay.

Pros: The room was comfortable and fairly clean despite it being an old building. The swimming pool was exciting enough for my kid. The best part is the stretch of the beach right next to the swimming pool. There is an in-house convenience store. Breakfast and lunch are served at the cafe/coffee house. You have a choice to have dinner on the beach. We'll definitely be back. The room did make up for the poor impression of the building.

Cons: The common areas of the building are not well maintained, thus giving a bad impression of the building. The small area with grass between the swimming pool and the beach could be better maintained. Worst of all is the entry and parking arrangement if you're driving. It was chaotic for first time visitor like me.

A View to Admired!

Pros: The beachview from the balcony is STUNNING! The room is spacious. The room is just infront of the lift, the deco was good, the beach? just a step ahead at ground floor. Got minibar to chill your drink, or keep cool the can of soda.

Cons: The lock of the bathroom is broken. Parking full during the late night in weekend, but during weekdays parking lot is available.

Pros: Really spacious room and big balcony. The resort has a pool and is on the beach. Quiet area but still some restaurants and a food court close by. Several supermarkets near.

Cons: The room is a bit outdated and there were a lot of ants. If you leave any food on the table for 2 min it will be covered in ants. There is a stove in the kitchen but no kettles or pans, so in practice only the electronic kettle and fridge. Didn't get any warm water in the shower.

Pros: Great location. Many places to eat along the streets by the condo. Also 2 restaurants and a convenience store at the condo. The room was excellent. Comfortable bed, great shower, plenty of chairs to sit in. 40-inch TV. Small kitchen with fridge, microwave, and kettle. The balcony is big and overlooks the ocean. There's even a washing machine out there...I didn't use it. The owner was very helpful...always answering questions quickly. I'll stay here again when I'm in Penang. I had a great time!
