A very clean and convenient place with a few minor design flaws.

Pros: The place was very clean, and the basic kitchen utensils were sufficient for my needs. I also used the washing machine a few times. The bathroom was fully stocked, and the water heater worked perfectly. The air conditioners in both the front and back bedrooms were very cold and quiet, which was great. The location is excellent—it’s very close to Sunshine Mall. It's only a five-minute walk away, making it very convenient even without a car (I've uploaded the 'city photo,' which I took on morning from right outside the homestay, showing the view of the Sunshine Mall building.). I especially liked the large dining table, which was perfect for having meals together. The living room was also great for sitting and chatting.

Cons: Parking: The parking space outside the house is very small and only fits a tiny car. Regular-sized vehicles won’t fit, but I understand that this can’t be changed. Upstairs Bedroom: The second bedroom upstairs doesn't have an air conditioner. While there was a portable air cooler, it was quite noisy in \

Pros: I liked almost all the facilities about the property but I would like to give a suggestion to service the aircond at the hall as it wasn’t cold and the fan was not that powerful too. Thank you

Cons: Pls check on the lock of the main gate.. it was kind off difficult to open and it got locked. Pls check onto it

Pros: La maison est très bien, propre et bien équipée, spacieuse aussi. La personne qui gère la location est joignable et aidante.

Cons: L'emplacement est un peu loin des points d'intérêts (saut penang hill qui est tout proche) en particulier des plages. Mais avec les grab ça ne pose pas trop de problème.
