Overall our stay was quite comfortable . The cleaner maid job was excellent . Come immediately when you have any problem

Pros: Its a new property & the built in & loose furniture plus kitchen facilities were excellent .

Cons: Problem with some electrical switches , come across these switches before , not reliable & possess problem . Recommend to change the heater or aircond switches to prevent future complain . One aircond blower sound was too noisy & not enough gas i suspect . Required to turn the temperature to 18 degree to feel . If the water pressure from main supply pipe is low , water pump stop working leading to 1st & 2nd floor bathroom without water . The ground floor water is weak also . Shower head stand need tightening or use a lighter shower head . The main auto gate also loose due to rust .

Pros: Strategic location, near to all facilities. Complete accommodation. Spacious facilities and comfortable There is separate utensils for muslim also. Host responded promptly to issues raised. Recommended for big family or big group gathering

Pros: I can find everything I want. The house is very comfortable and is value for money

Cons: Just a small suggestion that they should put more toilet papers roll for standby purposes if we are in groups.

Pros: Feels like home. Very comfortable unit with complete amenities.

Cons: Hope you can fix the connecting bathroom door lock on 3rd floor

Besides dust issue, generally we are happy to stay in the property.

Pros: Very spacy and the house internal design is cozy, feel like very warm homestay in the property. The cleaner is helpful to provide things that we found shortage such as towels, toilet papers, remote control battery. The beach is very near to the propoerty.

Cons: Very sticky floor on each floors, and a lot of dust on the glass surface of TV console, main doors and tables. There is no menu for washing machine. Some of the fixture already run down. Is it really a need to separate crockery for muslim and non-muslim?!

Pros: It was a clean, comfortable house. It suits for family vacation stay

Cons: I suggest to change a comfortable pillow. And TV in Master bedroom.

Such a great experience

Pros: The house is super comfy, spacious and comfortable. Such a nice and luxurious house equal to the 5 stars hotel. We booked at the very last minute but it was smoothly handled by the pic. Suitable for family gathering

Cons: The sink tap in the wet kitchen is not working. The kitchen sink was clogged. And the electric went black out at 4am.

Very unique and rewarding stay in a beautifully designed near-the-beach mansion - superb!

Pros: The house is beautifully design from top to bottom, every room has individual and nice features and a provides you with a mansion-living lifestyle. It's spacious and ideal for families with a huge master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. It's quiet yet close to the beach, the Escape theme park, butterfly farm and much more attractions. It's a very unique and rewarding experience to stay here and the host is approachable and comfortable to deal with. A must for families and vacationers coming to Penang and Batu Ferringhi!
