Recommended for a big group. Facilities provided are quite complete

Pros: Easy to liaise with the owner. Quick replies to our queries. Check in instructions is very clear and concise. Accommodate our request for late check out for 1.5 hours despite having new tenant to check in later.

Cons: Remote for the folding gate didn't work. The gate was not properly closed when we went out from the property. 2 more rooms at 3rd floor were locked

Great place to stay. The house is very spacious, clean & nicely decorated.

Pros: In total we stay at De Nest for 5 nights, I will recommend to anyone who bring car & visit Penang cos the house itself provide private parking space. The house is at the last row corner and ample parking space in front of the property. The host, is very helpful & responsive, clear instruction provided before check-in, useful neighborhood information & etc. One of the Air-cond was not functioning properly, after informed the host, she immediately arrange technician to fix it. Thumbs up!

Pros: 这里真的是住过最好的民宿了，性价比极高，房子非常舒适，所有的配套都很齐全，厨房是我们大爱的地方，厨具样样都有，房子的小细节非常的温馨。除夕夜大家在一起聚餐看春晚，很开心，房子的位置比较靠边，睡觉很安静，出门叫车也很便利。房东很热情，有问必答，想来槟城的朋友一定要来感受下。
