Tung's Tropika - With a Wooden Hut by a Lake

We had an incredible party thanks to the projector linked entertainment system!

Pros: The entertainment system through the projector was awesome! Linen, towels were clean. The house was squeaky clean. The interior decor was very nice. Unique out-house next to the lake with barbecue facilities was very nice. Tung organised the barbecue materials for an extra charge and we had a lovely barbecue dinner! Neighbourhood was quiet and sleep was good

Cons: The Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the out-house. There should be a ceiling fan in the barbecue area as it can get very hot. The lake is actually far out and cannot be seen. What you get next to the out- house is a marshy area. Hand wash should be provided in toilets. Wine glasses should be provided. Sugar and salt should be provided

Pros: Expected lake is just beside the house, but it's not, it's just a normal house in the road. Nevertheless house is clean

Pet friendly Homestay.

Pros: The fact that it was pet friendly. As well as the fact that everything one might need was available. Obviously a lot of thought had been put into furnishing the place.

Cons: The fact that the lake was not near enough.

Charming, cozy, comfortable. We had a great time.

Pros: It was a charming home with an added hut for BBQs and such. The design was modern, yet comfortable. It was spacious enough for my family of 9 while still cozy and intimate. The house was clean and most things looked new. Most of all, the team was helpful which made our stay even more pleasant. My daughter broke a coffee mug and the owner was kind enough not to charge us.

Cons: I’m not familiar with Ipoh so am not sure about the location. It was scenic and right in front of the lake, but far from the activities that we had planned (Lost World of Tambun and white water rafting in Gopeng). But this isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
